Job Description :
The Sale Executive will prospect for new business customers through market research tools, referrals from WFS sales teams, management, and current customers. Develop and maintain relationships with customers. Serve as a customer liaison. Assist with various business issues, concerns and opportunities such as trip management or invoice dispute resolution.

Prospect new business by utilizing market research tools and leads from trade shows, company website, WFS sales team, management, or current customers.

Identify company opportunities to market BaseOps products

Create new customer relationships through cold calling, customer visits, trade show interaction, and attending key marketing events.

Maintain customer relationships through visits, phone calls and assistance with issues that develop in their location.
Communicate to management market trends to enhance BaseOps’ product portfolio.

Be aware of customers that may be having financial difficulties and take steps necessary to prevent any interruption of normal business activities.

Process various paperwork/emails to ensure the proper billing and accounting procedures are in place with the branded locations and the WFS office.

Maintain customer profile information to ensure highest level of customer service as well as compliance with WFS customer requirements.

Monitor customer’s trip status within the Operations center. Assist Operations in procuring the necessary customer information to provide timely products to customers.

Resolve trip issues and/or concerns with customer in timely fashion. Resolve any invoicing related concerns of customers by working with management.





Job Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree Required

Two years experience in international trip planning and/or two years of corporate flight department experience and/or two years of international pilot responsibilities

Knowledge of aviation logistics

Sales and customer marketing experience required


Customers expect availability 7 days a week
Education : Bachelor's Degree
% of Travel Required : 40-50%
